Drones allow us to see in a different perspective. Whether it’s a high angled shot above a majestic scene, or a zooming cinematic FPV shot ripping down the side of a building. These aerial shots allow us to see the world with a unique perspective. The Southern California Drone Film Festival was established through the Drone Technology program at Fullerton College to celebrate those who bring that creative imagery to life.

And what better location to do it than Southern California, home  of the “entertainment capital of the world,” the “happiest place on earth,” and the basis of many to be “California Dreamin’.” This annual event looks to inspire the creativity instilled in all of us as well as promote and educate awareness of drones and aerial storytelling.
